    1. We retain the right to call the phone number(s) entered by the customer as part of their billing and/or shipping information in the shopping cart for verification purposes 

    Special Orders and Pre-Orders;

    All purchases made which have been indicated as "Special Order" on the product listing page are defined as a product which we will order from our manufacturer/distributor/supplier ONLY after full payment by the customer has been received for the item, including any and all shipping charges associated with the delivery of said product, and shall be subject to the following terms and conditions...

    • We do not necessarily stock special or pre-order items, they may be ordered especially for the customer upon receipt of payment for the special order item or to reserve the products availibility from the manufacturer. It is the customers responsibility to confirm availability and delivery times prior to placing the order.
    • All sales of special order items are final.
    • Special orders and Pre-Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee once payment has been made unless we have been notified of the cancellation within 4 hours of the original purchase.
    • Special orders may be subject to extended shipping and delivery times. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us if the delivery time is of concern to them. We do our best to expedite delivery of all purchase made on our site, but delivery of special orders is beyond our control as we do not place the order with the manufacturers until after payment has been made by the customer and as such, we are limited to the manufacturers availability to supply the item and their terms and conditions for shipment of the item to us. In most cases we are able to ship special orders within 4-10 business days after full payment has been received from the customer.
    • Returns of special orders items as defined in our Returns Policy will be honored as any other purchase, but only after the special order purchase has been completed and shipped to the customer.

    At this time, HA World Online ships merchandise to locations within Canada and the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Return Policy
  • At HA World Online, the customer is number one!  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange for a product return.  We will be happy to process your request, according to the terms and conditions herein;

    • We have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy.  Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and be in its original condition.
    • Returns not meeting these conditions may be charged a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.  (See below)
    • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchasers’ card, subject to our policies.  Please note that HA World Online does NOT process any financial transactions, all transactions are handled by Paypal.  Please contact them for all such queries.
    • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or if the returned item is defective.

    Restocking Fees:

    A 15% restocking fee may be applied to any refunds for any returned items that are not in the same condition as they were purchased, including but not limited to…
    • Products sold in sealed packaging that has been removed or distracted from the original packaging in a manner which destroys the packaging such that we cannot resell it in the same, brand new condition (ie: with packaging intact) as it was sold in. In other words, please examine the product and its contents prior to cutting it out of a factory blister or sealed plastic package to ensure you will not have to pay the restocking fee.
    • Products sold in contractor packaging such as boxes that are sealed or partially sealed where the product inside has clearly been used (such as twisted switch wiring) and can no longer be resold as new.
    • Products sold in any packaging that contains plastic wrapped contents (such as batteries) where those contents would indicate use of the product such that said product and its contents can no longer be sold as new. This also pertains to any and all parts included within the package contents such as screws, wire nuts, protective caps, instruction manuals or documentation, software, cords, etc.

    Defective Item Returns

    Money Back Refunds;

    If you have received a defective item from us and would prefer a money back refund, please follow the steps below;

    1. Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Prepaid Return Label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form.
    2. A Prepaid Return Label and RMA Form will be emailed to you as an email attachment within 1-2 business days.
    3. Affix the Prepaid Return Label to your shipping material, enclose the completed RMA Form and the defective item and mail it back to us.

    Please allow 7-10 days after receipt of returned item for us to initiate your refund. 

    Exchanges;

    If you have received a defective item from us and would prefer an exchange or replacement of the defective merchandise,

    Please follow the steps below, and according to the following terms and conditions;

    • We reserve the right to offer a refund in lieu of an exchange, at our discretion
    • Products purchased from us which are found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced at our option providing we still have that product in stock.
    • All manufacturers’ warranty terms and restrictions apply.
    1. Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain authorization for an exchange.  If approved, we will ship you the replacement product as well as a Prepaid Return Label and an RMA Form (please allow 5-7 business days for delivery).
    2. Affix the Prepaid Return Label to your shipping material, enclose the completed RMA Form and the defective item and mail it back to us.
